Aquna Gold is crafted from premium Murray Cod raised on sustainable farms in the Riverina region of NSW. Following Aquna’s whole-fish philosophy, the roe is carefully harvested and cured with Murray River Salt, transforming it from opaque white to a translucent golden champagne colour.
