How to Order & What are the cut-off times for delivery on different days?

To order premium seafood from our store, simply place your order through our online platform by the specified cut-off times based on your preferred delivery day.

Monday arrival : Order  by 10am Saturday
Wednesday arrival : Order by Monday 10am
Friday arrival : Order by Wednesday 10am

This scheduling ensures the freshest seafood is sourced and delivered promptly to your home anywhere in Melbourne (and select regional areas)

How is my order delivered?

We own and operate our own fleet of state-of-the-art refrigerated trucks, delivering fresh seafood safely across all parts of Victoria. Every order is handled with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, just as it left us. For your safety and convenience, we offer a fully contactless delivery service. Our drivers will place your seafood boxes at your doorstep, ring the bell, and step away, ensuring a smooth, safe delivery every time. If the door is not answered, we will attempt to call the number provided. After that, we will send you a message.
Note : We do not accept responsibility if you are not home and orders are left at your door

How should I store and handle fresh food products?

Accepted Answer

All fresh and frozen products are transported in refrigerated trucks. Boxes are packed with gel ice blocks to ensure the product is delivered at the perfect temperature. Once delivered, please store your items in the appropriate fridge or freezer in a timely manner. We do not accept responsibility after the delivery is left at an unattended address.

What are the delivery charges?

We charge a small fee of $14 to help cover fuel, drivers' wages, toll charges, and general running costs.

We deliver to all Melbourne Metro areas, including (Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Casey/Cardinia, Bayside, CBD) North & Western Suburb districts & select Regional areas every Monday, Wednesday & Friday
 
Orders must be placed by no later than 10am for the next available delivery day.
